DEALFIND AND KIJIJI CUSTOMERS

Any customers holding a voucher from Deal Find or Kijiji must book their appointment using the Book Appointment button on the contact page of www.calgaryphotoscanning.com and MUST book on the COUPON HOLDERS schedule. With the overwhelming response to these deals I must keep the appointments in balance with my regular paying customers needs.

One Voucher can be used per appointment so if you are wanting to book an appointment to drop off photos for yourself and for someone else this is not permitted. Each voucher holder must book their own appointment.

If you would like to use your Voucher but also have a minimum of $100 in regular retail work to be completed you may book your appointment in the regular CALGARY PHOTO SCANNING DROP OFF SCHEDULE.

If you book in the regular schedule (CALGARY PHOTO SCANNING DROP OFF SCHEDULE) without additional work, your Voucher will not be able to be used and you will be charged for the work at the regular price.

It has come to my attention through the redemption of vouchers that some customers were able to purchase a regular Voucher as well as a Gift Voucher in their own name as well as change the quantity of gifts to allow more than one Voucher per person. Some customers have also purchased a Gift for their family members (spouse and children).

If your Gift purchase (whether for yourself, your spouse or children) was intended to be combined with your personal Voucher for the purpose of scanning the same 'family photos' this unfortunately is not permitted by Calgary Photo Scanning.

Vouchers were to be purchased with a limit of ONE per person and any other purchases were to be as a 'gift' to someone else for the purposes of them trying out our services on their own personal photos.

Voucher Redemption will be as follows:

One voucher per person/family/household for up to 500 photos.

The use of additional vouchers purchased by the same customer/family/household will only be permitted at a rate of One Voucher per 2,000 photos.

These vouchers are intended to help the consumer get started in digitizing their photos and it is not intended to cover a family getting all their photos digitized. Please respect that we are a small business trying to offer an affordable solution and if you have purchased numerous vouchers under family members names to be used for your family photos I would encourage you to either give them away as a 'GIFT' in the fashion that the 'gift' purchase was intended or sell your vouchers to another person who could benefit from the services that Calgary Photo Scanning provides.

and ensure we have uninterrupted time to focus on the work we do for our clients.
